LOAF SEASONING
(River Road)
DIRECTIONS: Mix 2 lbs. of ground meat and/or
pork with 2 eggs, ½ loaf grated dry bread
(French bread is best when available), 2-3 tbsp.
seasoning and 2 tsp. Salt (optional). Form into
loaf and bake 1 hour ant 350'. Mixture can also
be formed into meatballs and fried for eating.
