Ingredients:

  • 1-pound shredded chicken white meat
  • 1 oz. Bolner’s Fiesta Brand® Mole Poblano
  • 1 cup broth or water
  • 2 Tbsp. lard
  • corn or flour tortillas
  • Queso fresco or cotija cheese, crumbled
  • Optional: Chopped jalapenos, avocado, cilantro, or radish for garnish

Directions:

Mix Fiesta Brand® Mole Poblano in broth or water. Fry in lard about 5 minutes. Add shredded chicken and simmer until hot. Fill tortilla with filling, top with cheese, and garnish as desired.
