Uncle Chris loves his ribs: Pork ribs, beef ribs,
cabrito ribs, and deer ribs. Rub any type of rib
generously with Bolner's Fiesta Brand® Rib Rub
30 minutes prior to cooking or refrigerate up to
24 hours for maximum flavor development. BBQ slowly
until tender (internal temperature of 170 degrees
F).
