Crispy Baked Chicken with Roasted Veggies

Ingredients:

2 lbs Bone in Chicken Thighs and/or Legs
Bolner’s Fiesta Brand® Chicken Rub
Bolner’s Fiesta brand® Paprika
Olive Oil
Veggies of choice

Pat dry the chicken.  Drizzle olive oil over all of the pieces and rub into the skin.  Sprinkle Chicken Rub and Paprika liberally on thicken pieces.  Bake at 400 degrees F for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through (170 degrees F).  For the last 5 minutes, broil on low to crisp up the skin!  Serve with roasted vegetables of your choice, seasoned with Uncle Chris’ Gourmet Steak Seasoning!
