Beef and Chicken Fajitas with Pinto Beans and GuacamolePhillip
Fajitas: Using Chicken breasts or a skirt steak, liberally season the meat with your desired Fajita Seasoning flavor. Let the meat sit for 30 minutes, or up to 24 hours in the refrigerator for maximum flavor development. Sear over a hot fire until desired doneness. Slice against the grain prior to serving.
