Sheet Pan Barbecued Shrimp

This easy and flavorful shrimp is perfect to serve as an appetizer or a main course. The shrimp bake in their shells and soak up all the flavor of the intensely flavorful sauce, resulting in a deliciously addictive dish that you’ll want to make time and again!

Ingredients:

8 Tbsp. butter, melted
½ tsp. Fiesta Brand® Lemon Pepper
4 garlic cloves, finely minced or grated
3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
½ tsp. Celery Salt
1 tsp. Fiesta Brand® Paprika
1 tsp. River Road® Creole Seasoning
1/8 tsp. Fiesta Brand® Cayenne Pepper (optional)
1 large lemon, cut into slices
1 medium onion, cut into wedges
3 Fiesta Brand® Bay Leaves
1 ½ pounds large fresh shrimp, unpeeled & deveined

Directions

Preheat oven to 400degrees. Place the lemon slices and onion wedges evenly around a 11×17 sheet pan. In a bowl combine the melted butter, garlic,lemon pepper, Worcestershire sauce, celery salt, paprika, Creole seasoning and cayenne, if using. Pour the butter mixture over the shrimp and toss to coat. Spread the shrimp out evenly onto the baking sheet over the onion and lemon and bake for 15-20 minutesor until the shrimp are pink and slightly curled. Serve immediately.
